If you have a question not addressed here, please feel free to e-mail me at

1. Do you ship your handmade items?

Yes, we do ship! And, we will ship to both the US and internationally. Shipping is quoted as actual shipping charges with no hidden fees. If we overcharge, we refund the overages! If we undercharge, our loss!

2. Do you make special orders?

When possible, we are happy to make special orders! Just e-mail us and let us know what you need and when. We will contact you within 24 hours with an answer and pricing.

3. Do you still breed and sell chinchillas?

No, we had to sell all of our breeding stock. But, we do know a great breeder in this area and would be happy to send you a referral upon request!

4. Can you tell me how to make one of your craft items?

Sure! We would love to! We have plans to post many tutorials in the near future. But, if you don’t see what you are looking for, then please do let us know! Upon request, we will either post a craft tutorial online, complete with photos or e-mail directions to you!

5. Can I find your items for sale online?

Yes, we sell on etsy, artfire and eBay at this time. We also have a website. However, due to site issues and user issues (Yes, I am adult enough to admit that one! 🙂 we have stalled on that project. If you are looking for something particular, please do let us know!
