So, for anyone who may be following my “Cash Talks! Fat Walks!” weight loss journey … you may have noticed that I can’t count! So, what day am I on? Turns out, I have 2 Day 6’s. I may go back and change it eventually … or I may just make everyone think I had my own version of Groundhog Day and re-lived day 6 over again! Who Knows! Really … who cares! Right?!? I mean … no matter how I count it out, I am still going and I am down 12 1/2 pounds total! WooHoo!

Goal: Get “into” running!
Happening: My goal this entire week will be to get into running by using a schedule I found online. Today, my exercise is to run 1 1/2 miles. I awoke to thunderstorms this morning that are forecasted to move off. I guess we shall see. I am not that avid of a runner / exerciser, yet, to run in a storm. But, if all goes well, I plan to meet my son and his gf today to “Wog” … a combination of walking and running! She coined the term … I stole it! :)-
