Goal: Weekends are the hardest for me, so again, I am continuing with my goal to avoid temptaion and keep track here!
Happening: I am 1 pound lighter! WooHoo! I was afraid the scale would stick for a few more days! We are going to my son’s house and he is cooking dinner tonight … so I have to kind of guess at what I think it has in it compared to how he usually prepares his food. I will eat in moderation … just in case!! And, I don’t have his complete menu, so I will have to add the rest later. But, if it doesn’t rain … we will take a walk around his neighborhood! Love to walk with my boys & their gals!!
