Day 3 Cash Talks! Fat Walks!

Weight: Starting 190, Last 182, Current 180

I am almost back to what I was before I went backsliding!

Eating today:

  • Muesli 2/3C       194 / 2.8 / 44.3 / 5.5
  • Skim Milk 1/3C   28 / 0.1 / 4.1 / 2.8

  • 1oz cheese    100 /  .8 / <1 / 7
  •  3 pretzels      55 /   .5 / 12 / 1
  • 16oz water      0 / 0  /  0 / 0

  • tuna    120 / 1 / 0 / 26
  • mayo   20 / 0 / 4 / 0
  • relish   20 / 0 / 5 / 0
  • tomato 16 / .2 / 4 / 1

  • Chicken with Marinade  240 / 3 / 5 / 46
  • Cauliflower & Cheese      60 / 1 / 10 / 2
  • tomato pasta                  200 / 3 / 36 / 7

  • Sweet and Salty Bar  170 / 8 / 22 / 3

Totals: 1207 cal / 21 fat / 143 carb / 102 protein

            1372 / 23 / 161 / 104

*Update – Whether it was my blah mood or the backlash from my sweet and salty bar causing serious carb cravings… I was on my second handful of pretzels before Dr Hollis’ words ran through my head … “you can stop in the middle of a bag of anything!” So, I did! Luckily, no damage was noticeably done … on the scale anyway!*

Inspiration – I get e-mails from “Today’s Inspiration.” I am guilty of not always reading them. In fact, I have cancelled that e-mail several times to always have them start coming again. So, I figure, I must need those e-mails. This is a time when those do come in handy …

“The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will.”
– Vincent Lombardi

This soooo applies to me!

Goal: Be more active!!

Happening: With the ending of this past season of Biggest Loser, I was a little sad because that show motivated me each week to try do well! However, Jillian’s new show did not disappoint! I could empathize with that mother and was in tears for a good portion of the show!! And, onto a different subject … I really need to go shopping for some healthy food! I have about exhausted all of my green, leafy foods and fruits!

P.S My son and his girlfriend told me yesterday (when we went to play on the playground and take a little walk) that they had found my blog. So, HI Josh and Allie!

About nonnymoose2014

I have recently retired from the healthcare field, nursing. As I try to figure out what I want to be when I grow up, this seemed like the perfect time to try my hand at blogging again. In the past, my success (or lack thereof) I believe hinged on my fear of revealing too much about myself. I have a desire to “put it all out there” BUT I want to do it on my own terms … anonymously! Thus came Nonny Moose.
