I am midway through week #4 of eating a diet to lose weight and to reduce my GERD symptoms. Despite my horrible weekend, I have finally hit the 170’s! Ok, I am at 179 but that is in the 170’s! WooHoo!
It’s funny … that feeling when you awaken and just feel skinnier! Then to see it reflect on the scale is so inspiring!!
I should have stopped there. But, I had to see if my exercise and weight loss had affected my trouble spot!
The answer to that is a big NO! So, I focus on the positive!
Starting: 190 Last: 181.5 Current: 179
Waist: – 1/2 inch
That leaves me 19 pounds to my first goal! And 39 pounds to reach my final goal! And hopefully motivation to fly through this next weekend without hitting any speed bumps!
