Weigh in day is Saturday and I just couldn’t wait until then to check my stats. All week I have alternated between 3 different Biggest Loser Workout Videos. And today, I woke up feeling skinny! Well, as “skinny” as a fat girl can feel.
And the results to date are …drum roll please!!
0 pounds lost! BUT 1/2 inch off my waist. That’s fabulous for me!
In case you are wondering, I used *TBLW Weight Loss Yoga, *TBLW Cardio Max and *TBLW 30 Day Jumpstart. Tomorrow, I plan to use Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. Then back to video one. I am sticking to this set of workout videos, in addition to the occasional walk outside as the weather permits, for the 6 to 8 weeks that the videos recommend. I am doing this to be able to judge for myself the effectiveness of the programs.
My favorite so far is the yoga DVD. It is tough but you feel great afterward. I did not much care for the Jumpstart DVD. But, I am going to continue with it. I got a good workout from it. But, level 1 cardio is led by Tara, one of the Biggest Loser contestants. She kind of irritates me a little. And, she does not give good prompts. So, the workout is a little confusing. I do like that it is small 10 minute workouts. So, I can get in 10 minutes when I don’t feel like I have the time (or energy) for a longer workout.
I do look forward to Saturday. I still have a couple days to see that scale budge a little!
*TBLW is short for The Biggest Loser Workouts
